Terms and Conditions

BILLING

Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharge, cell phone)
All published rates are subject to change without notice.
All fees are collected at the pick up point of the trip.
Applicable taxes will be charged as required. In case of snow, ice, Hazard, or adverse road conditions , double fare may be charged by the driver.

Flat Rate

Waiting time fees are charged after 10 minutes free grace period, $40.00 dollars for the first 30-minute segment of the hour, and $40.00 for the second 30 minutes or fraction thereof.
Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged $40.00 for each stop within 3 miles radius from the original trip route.
Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing DullesCoach hourly rate. A surcharge of $40.00 is added to regular fare after midnight through 5am. If you request the driver to travel outside your pre-designated pickup and drop off locations, then the flat rate quoted will not apply. Actual hours will be billed at Dulles Coach's applicable hourly rate with final hours determined by actual ride time

Hourly

Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a flat-rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing DullesCoach hourly rate.
All hourly sedan reservations will be billed from the time the sedan leaves the DullesCoach facility until the time it returns. There is a minimum billable time of 1.5 hours that includes both sedan and passenger travel time.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half hour.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW FEES

Full fare is charged to your credit card for Cancellations with less than twenty four hour notice.
A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, call 703-444-4011 if you cannot locate your sedan.

The above cancellation terms represent standard policy at DullesCoach and may be modified from time to time based on market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.

ADDITIONAL

DullesCoach shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
DullesCoach assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
Any changes made to the contract may result in increase in the price, based on time, schedule, location, route, passenger count.

Charges will be applied to the credit card on file to cover any damages that occur during the contracted trip. The following charges are based on repair cost of damages occurred: Smoking in the vehicle: $350.00, Cigarette burn: $500.00, Ripped or damager upholstery: $550.00, Stained carpet: $200.00, Vomit in or on the vehicle: $200.00, Lost or broken remote control: $200.00, Broken glassware: $20.00 per glass, $75.00 per decanter and excessive mess: $150.00.
DullesCoach does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in DullesCoach vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
